Kelly Burke, President of IDR Productions, serves as the expert Creative Director and Executive Producer behind some of the biggest brands in the world. Working with both clients nationally and internationally, Kelly’s production expertise and intuitive sales acumen has launched and maintained long-time consumer brands such Henry Repeating Arms, RoseArt, Empire Carpets, World Poker Tour, Brainy Baby, Squid Soap, The Good Feet Store, Enova Financial, Total Transformation and Security One Lending. Kelly distinguishes herself by effectively selling your product and making your brand profoundly memorable. Kelly’s easy-going yet professional personality makes the production process effortless. Her decades-long history in video production and DRTV combined with her A team of directors of photography, lighting specialists, animators, music professionals, and editors make her the end-all choice for a successful campaign.

Before bringing her creative talents to IDR, this self-described wanderer spent two years traveling and living in Europe and Australia. Once back in the States, Tiffany’s eye for detail drove her straight to IDR. With a BA in Mass Media from CSU San Marcos, Tiffany learned to hone her passion for video editing. Outside of the office, she can be found hanging out and swimming beachside or analyzing music videos and movies to sharpen her editing skills.

Shana’s go-getter attitude and thirst for all things creative give her an edge as a producer and editor at IDR. When she’s not at work, she can found exploring nature, killing it at the Crossfit gym, or watching a new Netflx series and analyzing for new shooting and editing techniques. In house, IDR provides the perfect outlet to watch her hard work come to fruition - behind the lens, in the edit bay, and in producing the next shoot. With her BA in Broadcast News from CU-Boulder, Shana’s production background and creative eye make her the perfect fit for IDR.

Miranda’s drive for the aesthetic and her storyteller attitude was what brought her to IDR’s door. Never one for the conventional, she pursued a BA in Communication Studies from Chapman University to justify her favorite pastime of talking to strangers. IDR has offered Miranda the chance to sharpen her writing talents while working in an environment that encourages her to think big.
